1. Definitions and Scope of Agreement

"Platform" refers to the i1m88 website accessible at https://i1m88.one and all services, applications and content provided under the i1m88 brand name. "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on this platform.

"Services" covers all products offered by i1m88 including online slots, live casino, sports betting, live betting and 4D lottery. "Terms" refers to this terms and conditions document in its entirety, including all annexes, privacy policies and related bonus guidelines.

These terms and conditions govern all aspects of using the i1m88 platform. Should there be any conflict between these general terms and the specific conditions of a particular promotion or game, the more specific conditions will take precedence for that matter only.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the i1m88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Able to make legal decisions independently and not subject to any court order prohibiting participation in gambling activities.
• Registering only one single account per individual — multiple accounts by one person are strictly prohibited.

i1m88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of the national identity card (MyKad), passport or proof of current address. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended.

Each device may be linked to only one active account. The use of VPNs, proxies or any method to conceal your true identity or location is prohibited and may result in the account being frozen.

3. User Account Responsibilities

Your i1m88 account is personal and may not be transferred to any other party. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by yourself or by another party.

You must choose a strong password and not disclose it to anyone, including family members or friends. i1m88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.

• Do not use another person's account even with their permission.
• Do not share login details through any social media platform or third-party application.
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

i1m88 is not responsible for any financial loss or damage arising from you sharing account information or failing to take reasonable security measures to protect your account.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

i1m88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though certain limits may apply depending on the payment method chosen.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name.
• i1m88 does not accept deposits from third parties — all funds must come from an account or wallet that you legally own.
• Deposits via conventional methods are generally processed quickly, however i1m88 is not responsible for delays caused by external payment processors.
• Any deposit made through fraud, theft or illegal activity will be voided and the associated account will be closed without notice.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM50. All withdrawal requests are processed by the i1m88 finance team within 10 to 45 minutes after successful verification.

Before the first withdrawal is processed, i1m88 may request full identity verification from the member. This is standard procedure to ensure fund security and prevent financial fraud.

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet in the same member's name — transfers to third parties are not permitted.
• Funds received through bonuses may not be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been fully met.
• i1m88 reserves the right to request additional documents for any withdrawal deemed unusual or requiring further review.
• Withdrawals requested outside standard processing hours may take additional time, but we aim to ensure all withdrawals are completed within the stated timeframe.

Any withdrawal linked to a transaction under investigation may be put on hold until the investigation is concluded. i1m88 will notify the member by email regarding any hold affecting their account.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by i1m88 are subject to their respective specific conditions. Members must read and understand the conditions of each offer before accepting or activating it.

Welcome Bonus: i1m88 offers a 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received:

• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement RM120 × 10 = RM1,200
• Example: Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM900 → Wagering requirement RM300 × 10 = RM3,000

VIP Programme: Active members are eligible for tier upgrades within the i1m88 VIP programme, which consists of four levels:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

i1m88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse, including bonus arbitrage or using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and the closure of the accounts involved.

7. Prohibited Conduct

i1m88 members must use the platform honestly and responsibly. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action against the account:

• Using bots, automation software, scripts or any technological method to manipulate games or the betting system.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources to make deposits.
• Registering multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus or promotional offers.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Spreading false or misleading information about i1m88 to outside parties.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or compromise the security of the platform's infrastructure.
• Using credit card details or bank accounts that do not belong to you to make deposits.

i1m88 cooperates with relevant authorities and reserves the right to report any suspected unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities, including providing the required account information.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

i1m88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, particularly in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents.
• A member's own request to close or self-exclude from the platform.
• Business or legal compliance decisions requiring account closure.

Members whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to claim back any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements. For real money balances (non-bonus) remaining in the account at the time of closure, i1m88 will process a refund once the investigation is complete, provided there is no suspicion of fraud or breach of law.

9. Platform Liability Limits

i1m88 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, that the platform will operate at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control may cause the platform to be temporarily inaccessible.

i1m88 is not responsible for any losses arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or technical issues on the user's end.
• Betting losses that result from fair and legitimate gameplay.
• Financial decisions made by members based on game outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Errors or delays caused by third-party payment processors.

In any event, the maximum total liability of i1m88 to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

i1m88 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without requiring prior consent from members. Amendments take effect immediately once the updated version is published on this website.

i1m88 will endeavour to notify active members of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications. However, it is the member's responsibility to review the updated terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

i1m88 operates under an international licence. These terms and conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws governing that licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by the licence holder.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
